Thank you for asking about the charge decline. The error message they returned on each of the 4 attempts was, "Payment declined by the issuing bank. Tell the customer to try a different payment method, or they can contact their issuing bank for more information."
I realize that's not very helpful, but it is the only information we have, because our vendor handles all of our payments.
It only shows one card used for all 4 attempts, however, i.e., not different ones as you said.
