Have not used bidslammer in years and my old id and password won't work to log in. Put in my ebay user id which was not the user id I had before and submitted for password reset but I get invalid link. How do I get my account back in order?
My original bid slammer user id was tbenton.

Hello,
Thanks for your question about recovering an old account. Since you had changed your eBay UserID since your last visit here, we updated your old account to use the new UserID.
Now, if you would run through the "Sign Up" process again, using the link on our home page, it will take you into the old account.
You still had some credits left in the old account.
We deleted the duplicate "new" account for you, to avoid confusion.

Forgot to ask about the 3 credits you said I had in the old account. Should they have transferred to the newer account? I see the last three auctions I used bid slammer for but I don't see any snipe credits??

Whoops, turns out that was 3 snipes executed, not 3 snipes remaining.
We added the 3 for you to compensate for the goof. You should see the Premium features now.
