Cannot import watch list

Hi again!
I've just subscribed again (I notice the price has gone up considerably - but then again you have been implementing 10's of features - and many I have asked for!)
I notice now that I am unable to import my watchlist? I have reset my link with eBay and confirmed authorisation token etc. but to no avail.
Please can you help.

We can't find anything out of order. Did you try to reset your authorization in Preferences? Most of the functionality of the site is tied to that authorization, including the import.
Please try to reset your auth. If that doesn't fix it, let us know and we can take the next troubleshooting step with you.

Hi there,
I've tried resetting my authorisation at least 3-4 times but to no avail. I've also tried clearing the cache, and different browsers and two other computers... but no luck.

Ok, let's push the reset button on this.
I just tried to import and eBay returned the message, "This Token has been revoked by App. The end user must complete the Auth & Auth consent flow again to generate a valid token."
So, if you authorize, it should work. Please try it and let me know if it does not.

p.s. I don't know why it says "revoked by App." We don't have any code that does that. eBay's error messages are generally caca.

I've also been to eBay, deleted all authorisations manually, and then redone this. There is nothing further I can do at my end.

Ah. Never delete an authorization, as this is treated as a cancellation. It happened so many times that it locked new auths.
Usually if something like this occurs, we pull the auth token and update your profile with it. But in your case even the latest authorization had been revoked. That explains why that didn't work when it always did in the past.
Please do one more auth and then don't delete or revoke it. Then I can copy it to restore your account.

When I click refresh auth it takes me to ebay.com, I imagine it's always done that... so I'll proceed with following the process through and let you know when done.

It's supposed to show costs in your local country. So if you authorized through US, it will store 'US' as your country and do everything in US terms. Same for BG.
So you can re-auth from GB site and let me know, and I'll set it to go back and re-load all your ship costs for the last week or whatever time frame you want.
Loading an item is step steps: One for the bid/cost info and a second to fetch shipping. The former is done immediately, and the latter is done by a periodically running job. So the latter does take slightly longer.
