Thank you for your question about getting past the Recaptcha. If you attempt it multiple times, it should give you an easier set of images. Also, sometimes it gets stuck, so if you close your browser and re-open it, that should help you get past it.
Also - if you have a Google account, and if you are signed into Google, you should only need to click the button.

No google account. It just tells me it cannot verify that the box is checked and then when I check it again and add the password it says I need to contact you. We are getting no where. Please reset my account.

Yes, you can reset your account and this will surely fix your issue. Just click "Sign Up" on our home page, and go through the authorization process. This will take you back into your old account. It will not create a duplicate account.
After you complete that step, make sure to follow any prompts to change your passwd after you have completed this process.
