everything is wrong errors and no way to get in

I have ried to use all your suggestions i have used an old ticket to get your attention
the site just locks up and i have followed all suggestions 2 bids i want to place and cannot
unbelievable frustration been on 2 hours on and off trying

Can you try another browser that you don't use often? I would like to make sure this is not related to a bad cookie.
