Hi, I am having trouble creating an account. I click the sign up link, sign in through ebay, link my account, see a verification from bidslammer that the linkage was accepted. When I click the "start sniping" button, I am returned to the sign in page with the error message "Error in login
Sorry, we could not verify your information. Please try again." and a prompt to enter my ebay name and bidslammer password. I do not have a bidslammer password though and cannot find any way to sign up for an account other than the above steps, which always leads to an error and password request. Can you please create an account for my ebay account (which is linked to bidslammer now) and email address ([edited])? thank you.

Thank you for your question about logging in. Make sure not to use your eBay password here, since we don't use that.

It is supposed to take you to your dashboard after authorization, not the home page. So if the above doesn't solve the issue, I'll watch for your reply and we can take the next step. I have logging turned on now, so I can see what's going on if there is an issue.
