I am unable to pay for 5,000 points. I get this error message, and the screen become dead and. How do I buy points? I took a screen shot but am unable to upload it as that page is not working either. Regards, Joel

Thank you for your question about buying points. Are you trying by credit card? Our credit card vendor is down right now.

You can also pay by PayPal without having a PayPal account. If you wouldn't mind trying this, choose the PayPal option, but look for the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link.

Please try that and let me know. If needed we can give some temporary credit.

Seems to have worked. But when the process was complete, I received a "Page Not Found" error message. I took a screen shot but I don't see any way to attach it here. Regards, Joel

Ok- thank you. That would be the "return from payment" page. Some of the URLs changed on our site in the February release. I'll make sure this is corrected. Thank you for the report.
