CANNOT AUTH AGAIN

I'm tired of this constant reauthorization. Your service doesn't work and will not let me reauthorize. This isn't the first time for this. I have already lost important items due to this glitch. I cannot now reauthorize for three days from now. Please advise

The only situation I'm aware of when repeated auth is needed, or won't complete is when there is an issue on the customer side, with the eBay account

Thank you for your question. To better understand the issue, could you describe exactly why you are authorizing and what error you receive? For example:

1. Can you tell me the reason why you are led to authorize?
2. Are you receiving an error message? If so, what does it say?
3. Does the issue persist after clearing your browser cache?

The more details you can provide about what you’re experiencing, the easier it will be for me to pinpoint the problem and resolve it.

Your service keeps telling me to reauthorize. Second time in a short period. It's likely expired right now. I am unaware of any problems with my ebay account and have had no communication from ebay about any issue whatsoever.

Hmm.. can't see any auth attempts in our log, so this tells me it's never setting your session "cookie."

1. What happens when you try to authorize? How far do you get? For example, is it taking you to eBay? Do you see the eBay authorize button?

2. At what point in the process does it fail? Do you see an error on our site, or on eBay's?

3. Are you using an ad blocker? If so, try to disable it for our site or disable it temporarily, just to see if this is the issue.

4. Does it happen on different browsers?

This sounds a lot like a browser security restriction. Your answers to the above questions will help a lot. I will watch for your reply.
