"Item number appears to be incorrect" and "eBay authorization required". I copied and pasted the item number, so it should be correct, and I logged in with eBay. The top of the page still shows eBay authorization has expired, but when I renew, it shows a message underneath that saying Authorization successful and that I am good for another 18 month.
Please help!

First: Holy cow! You are customer #272 in our database. This means you joined in the first month we started the service. Welcome back!
We had to update your authorization manually because you had a legacy account that existed prior to a software change we made in March 2020. It should work now.
