Cannot add a snip fully

Have reset password and logged in successfully.
I add a new snipe it messages "Your snipe has been added successfully" but no snipes are actually added.
Tried this a number of times now , same problem.
Please help

Thank you for your question about adding a snipe. There was a message posted about this 2 days ago; it was related to our ISP performing emergency maintenance. It was resolved after you wrote.
What item number are you trying to add?
