I cannot sign into your service. And, when I attempt to sign using your Ebay Sign-in feature... the results is Page Not Found. We couldn't find the page you were looking for.
Please start with the home page and try again.
It has a picture of a cat on the page - with glasses.

In the log file we keep, it shows your auth was accepted and ok. Perhaps you could try to clear your cache and try again?

I tried to sign in via multiple devices and multiple browsers.
The error occurs on every computer or laptop and - on each device - it fails with Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Opera.

Could you tell me the steps you are taking? I'm not clear if you are trying to log in, mail a password, sign up, and so on.
Perhaps if you can give the URL at the top, when you see the cat. That will help very much. I'll provide some credit for your time.

I think I found the issue. You joined in 2021. Did you sign up under a different eBay ID? And since then, have changed that ID?
In 2022, we started checking for that situation, but before 2022, I have to manually update it.
If you did not change the ID, let me know, and I will do a walk-through with what you provided plus our log file.

Nope... didn't change it. I was customer with PowerSnipe.com for years... probably like 10 or so.
Then I guess you guys bought them out ?
At that point... I really wasn't using eBay that much - and I do remember several years of paying for the service - but never actually using it.
And honestly, I still don't use eBay much - which is also why I don't use a sniping service often - as well.
I think I started with eBay in 1999. Powersnipe probably around 2008 or so... which would mean I was a PowerSnipe.com customer for longer than I remember.

That's it. It's trying to record the referral, which we took out, since they took their site down. We didn't buy them, but they referred their traffic to us if we promised a discount.
I'll take care of this ASAP and write back hopefully before the weekend is over.
