Hi I bought the 10 snipe pack and have been reduced to 9 even though I didn't win the item, I thought my total snipes were reduced only if I won?

Sorry but didn't win, I was outbid. I bid $350 and $372.51 won it. In any case the snipe was deducted against eBay item #181957556220 which I also didn't win, I bid £35 and it was won by £36. Please check again.
