Thank you for your question about the email you received from PayPal. You can ignore it. Your subscription was suspended a couple of years ago because funds were not available, so you've been using the free service. No money is due. We cancelled the subscription.
Should you decide to re-subscribe, you can do so with the Upgrade Service header at the top of your Dashboard.
