Bidslammer noted "you successfully added a snipe for $2002.98 on eBay item #133991510522." WHY DID I NOT WIN THIS AUCTION?? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Please note the item sold for LESS than my BidSlammer snipe bid. It sold for $1,903.25 and my BidSlammer snipe amount was $2002.98 dollars. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN??

We submitted the bid multiple times and received the same response for each one. We place multiple snipes and so if one doesn't win, it is an account-related issue on the customer end.
