The last two times I've used bidslammer, you site says I won, and my snipe was actuall higher than the winning bid. However, I didn't win either of the last two snipes (the other was 311429217153 ). In looking at the bidders of each of the two items, my ebay name did not appear. I am now hesitant to use bidslammer again, as item 311429217153 was something my husband really wanted. So, what's up?

I investigated to see what we encountered when we placed your snipe. First, rest assured you were not charged.

I did see on your Completed tab that we had 2 snipe times, so we know that the bids were placed successfully. When we receive the same result for all snipes, but the high bid does not win, there are about 25 situations it could be.

If it says Won but you did not win, that means there was an issue preventing us from detecting the correct win status. It could be your eBay password or some kind of seller block. We do our best to try to detect the win status, but sometimes we cannot.

The best thing to do is just to change your eBay password at the eBay site and then update it at our site. If you continue to have any issues after that, please let us know ASAP and we can investigate further.
