I am unable to add any bids on my home pc through chrome with bidslammer. Says I need to authorize ebay first. When I check, bidslammer is already activated in the third party list on my preferences in ebay. Not sure why bidslammer is not working.

I just got this when I try to authorize...

Also, I cannot log on to bidslammer with my ebay username, just my email...

We think the issue is that you went through the signup process but already had an account. So when you signed up with your email address it created a duplicate account.
Please wait 24 hours and then authorize with your eBay Userid only and see if that works, please. Then let us know, and we can copy your snipes over to the account using your eBay Id.

Can you create a new account and pull all of my bids and service fee stuff I have from my account [edited] to it...

Just run through the signup process again and it will authorize that eBay Id. Do not sign up with your email address.

I cannot log in to my bidslamer account with my ebay ID. Only with my email. Did exactly what you said and still no change....

Are you sure you followed the exact instructions? (You referred to the login process but those weren't our instructions.)
Did you use the SIGN UP process using your eBay Userid, and not your email?

Yes I used my eBay I'd only when I verified...

If you ran through the sign up process and eBay gave that error, there isn't anything we can do on this end. You would have to contact eBay. We rely on them for the authorization. We regret to hear this, as the issue is not happening for anyone else, but we can't place any bids without that. There must be some kind of issue with your eBay account that we are unable to see.

Can you tell me why on the same pc when I open IE web browser it says I am current. When I open chrome it say authorization required.
How is that possible. And on my smartphone chrome works perfectly. Yet on another pc both web browsers it doesn't work.
Sounds like a bidslammer problem and not ebay.
In eBay under preferences you are listed as authorized. But your website on some pics doesn't work.

This is simple. On the web browers that do not work in bidslammer under preferences my eBay userid is wrong. How do I fix this.
On IE browerer it shows correctly.
Let me know how this can be different?

Do these exact steps:
1. Clear your cookies.
2. Click SIGN UP on the home page.
3. Follow the process, sign up and login to eBay with your eBay ID (not email).
If you get "Authorization Failed" this is a problem on the eBay side.

Addenda to last post:
The reason one computer works and the other doesn't (as explained above) is because you authorized with your email address, which created a second, separate account for you. We need to get rid of this extra account after we resolve your issue per the last post.
Please let us know if the above worked and we can take next steps.

Yes, it worked. You can delete the second account....
