For several days, Bidslammer has not been tracking multiple bid changes to an item I have selected to snipe. I have restarted Bidslammer. I have reselected the item number and added it a second time to snipe, and Bidslammer still only sees the original opening bid price, not any of the subsequent bids other bidders have made to date. Please let me know how to fix this before the auction ends. Thank you.

Thank you for your question about the refresh. There is a "Refresh Bid/Price Info" button at the top of the "Current Snipes" table. This should update the very latest information.
