We tried to reply to your email but it bounced for some reason, so I pasted your email here. We just wanted you to know we do receive your emails and act on them accordingly.
In this case, there was a refresh timeout of 2 minutes which would start over if you refreshed the page. We changed it to truly honor the 2-minute timeout regardless. Also, refreshing the page won't have any effect now. Also there is a message indicating the timeout to avoid confusion.
So it should work more intuitively now. Let us know if you see any other little snafus. Thanks for taking the time to write us. Offhand it is easier to reply through the ticket system.
