I've been slowly trying to figure out why I didn't get a notice from eBay to pay for this item. Finally, I return to the item, which says it had one bid only. You charged me for the win, but eBay says I didn't win. The item ended when your records show it ended. What happened?????

I notice now that I couldn't use my Bookmark bar Snipe tool to register a bid. The message I got was that the item number was invalid. The app got the correct item number in full, but it didn't work. I was able to register the same item on the BidSlammer web site. I'm confused. My item is due to end Friday, am, I think.

We'll check on the bidslammer toolbar. Have you updated the latest version, by deleting the old one and dragging in the new one?

For the snipe, the problem appears to be that we do not have the correct login credentials for you, as the login attempts all failed.

You can visit your Completed Snipes tab to update the information:

https://bidslammer.com/user/prefs/

So after you update that, it should be smooth sniping. Let's see if that fixes the issue.
