The fact that eBay returned this is evidence that the bid made it to them and we got a response back. 99% of the time this happens (which isn't often) a customer will swear nothing on that list applies. But then we'll tell them, it's because the seller blocked you due to unpaid items. Then they write back and confirm.
The error suggests there was an error on the eBay side, but our policy is not to blame eBay. I wish I had more information. I would be happy to extend your service for free, so that you will know this is an extremely rare occurrence we see this error, about 1 in 20,000. If we google error 10007, it says that "This error occurs when something has gone wrong on eBay's end."
