BidSlammer failed to place my bid

Why did BidSlammer fail to place my bid on item #167228085045? My bid was substantially higher than the winning bid. I’m extremely disappointed in your service.

Hello Robin,
Thank you for your question about this snipe. We'll investigate what we encountered when we placed the snipe. We have 20 years of situations programmed in that we can catch, but on occasion there is a new situation. It is generally one of the items on this list.
https://bidslammer.com/help/status-messages
Is there anything on that list that pertains to this particular snipe?

I didn’t receive any status messages from eBay, your system just simply failed to place the bid. It’s a real bummer too, the item sold for well under what I was offering and well under market value.

eBay wouldn't send a status message to you. We placed three snipes from three different locations, and all returned the same status. We just place the bid same as if you placed it on eBay and cannot get around any account issued like ship-to location or Trust & Safety matters.

What do you mean by all bids you submitted returned the same status? What was the returned status?
I didn’t see any restrictions on the listing regarding my ship-to location nor Trust & Safety issues. I’ve placed numerous
Snipes in the past, the most recent about 2 weeks ago.

The unabridged "payload" (return packet) is below. Placing bids is easy---the hard part is to determine the status. The fact that eBay returned this is evidence that the bid made it to them and we got a response back. 99% of the time this happens (which isn't often) a customer will swear nothing on that list applies. But then we'll tell them, it's because the seller blocked you due to unpaid items. Then they write back and confirm.
The error suggests there was an error on the eBay side, but our policy is not to blame eBay. I wish I had more information. I would be happy to extend your service for free, so that you will know this is an extremely rare occurrence we see this error, about 1 in 20,000. If we google error 10007, it says that "This error occurs when something has gone wrong on eBay's end."

This is very unfortunate. As a result I have no confidence in any future snipes bids placed using your platform.

I appreciate what you are saying, but our service did not fail. Our job is to place bids, which we have proven by providing eBay's response.
As with every snipe, the result we get back is the exact same as if the customer placed the bid in person.

I suppose there’s no recourse through eBay…just tough luck
