Snipe was not placed at all so auction was lost.
I can confirm seller ships internationally and Ebay recognises the country as a shipping country and displays the shipping cost, bids could be placed from account prior with no difficulty. Yet there was literally no bid placed from bidslammer and the reason given is a fault on bidslammer side. A bid from me was attempted at 4sec after bidslammer failed to act but due to disability (cannot type value & confirm bid in under 2sec) it could not be placed at the limit that bidslammer was meant to bid at.

I have been testing bidslammer to see whether it works sufficiently to be worth subscribing but it seems to fail frequently with errors not able to update snipes and this recent one not able to even bid at all.

Hello Cam,
Thank you for your question about this snipe. Firstly, as explained in our help sections, to refresh snipes, there is a a button to refresh snipes above the table with snipes. We also do our own refresh periodically.
The snipe times in your Completed tab are real, so you can be assured we placed your snipes. The seller lists that they ship to your country, but they require that the ship address be your primary registered country in your eBay profile. We can't get around these requirements.
Thank you for taking the time to write in. Please let us know if you need any other assistance.

Hello, my shipping address is my main address. Read my case notes. I was able to bid but bidslammer failed completely.

Bidslammer in second case demonstrates fault is with bidslammer and not me bidding nor seller shipping. Read cases and bid history.

To make really clear my shipping address IS my primary registered country in my eBay profile Fault is with bidslammer end. In case you did not read case notes and bid history.

Then I have no idea. Sniping is a very simple service. Our job is the place the snipe and return the message back to you. This is what we did. The snipe times listed on your Completed tab are not fabricated, nor is the error above. We have no way of understanding or knowing precisely what occurred on your end.
Here is the exact error that eBay returned "Item cannot be purchased. ::: Seller does not provide shipping to the country or region of your primary shipping address."
In any case, even though this isn't our fault, you are on the free plan and we don't guarantee 100% for the free service anyway.

Thank you for your response and time.
I normally test through a few services prior to subscription across platforms, (even did this with banks as the account security end can vary greatly so it is always good to know). I am thinking that there may be a difference to the registered address of bidslammer or perhaps bidslammer is seeing a different country. Which means for users who navigate across ebay and ebay uk site and have more than one address in their list. Except that still does not explain it as the bid is with the US seller on the US site and the main address still matches the primary account set one. There are also ebay search tools which link to the ebay AU site (far more advanced than that of ebay search), however they also do not adjust or change user address. hmm
Perhaps bidslammer does not refresh the user address country? On all ebay sites the primary main account address remains the same as shipping country now regardless of which ebay site. It could be changed later but not when there is active snipes in progress. But not sure if bidslammer takes user shipping country and holds that data (perhaps not refreshing it when it is updated or adjusted?). It is not an error I get or see when bidding on items manually, only bidslammer gets this error, not the user account when using any ebay site. So manual bids work fine, no errors, primary and shipping countries match exactly. But when using bidslammer it seems stuck and fails with the bids... if it fails consistently then it is a cause for concern for any user globally. One user is not unique in software engineering (sorry software and ops engineer, bit of a habit to try to diagnose issues with apps). I will check if the other services have this error in the community history too.

I understand what you are explaining. I appreciate it. Do me a quick favor. Do a search in our site, and tell me please, does it search your local country, or US?
