The last time I used BidSlammer it was a pay service. I activated the use of your service with the confirmation link to eBay. I looked in the user preference section to see if my eBay password is correct which I don't see. Is that information still stored on your site? Or did I authorize the access to my eBay account with the eBay access confirmation link? Is this why users are not to change eBay passwords at eBay after a snipe is activated?

Hello Dave,
We no longer store eBay passwords. You can use the 'Forgot Password?" link on our login page, and you should be good to go.

How do you access my eBay account then? I have not forgotten my eBay password.

After you log in, there is a prompt on the main screen to get an authorization. We use that to access your account, via a "token."
You can change your password as often as you like on eBay; it won't affect our authorization.
