It appears bidslammer didn't bid on many of my items today and I ended up losing those auctions when I would have won them. Can you please explain to me what happened and how I am going to be compensated for this as the items were collectibles which I cannot purchase again.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. Our ISP had a connectivity problem that affected the database. We thought we'd give their managed databases a try, but we're unhappy with the service and switching back to our old reliable setup. We regret any inconvenience this caused, but rest assured it won't happen again.
