I am a LONG-time Bidslammer customer - love your service! But today it failed me. I set a slam 10+ minutes before the end of an auction and Bidslammer never bid for me. I saved a screen shot that shows my slam was indeed set. I will send that to you if you supply me an address to send it to.
What happened? I have not changed my eBay password in ages, so that isn't it.

It was my pleasure to check into this snipe and let you know what we find out. We did place the snipes (I see the times listed on your Completed tab), but the seller ended the auction early.

No the seller didn't end this auction early. I watched this auction count down myself waiting to see my bid post, but it never did
So what really happened? I am in IT, so please tell me the technical details of what truly happened..
I have a slam set for an auction that will end this weekend. But can I rely on you to bid for me?

All your snipes are going through. I did see on your Completed tab that we had 2 snipe times, so we know that the bids were placed successfully. When we receive the same result for all snipes, but the high bid does not win, there are about 25 situations it could be. We always place the snipes, but we have to make a "best guess" as to why a snipe was not accepted by eBay, usually by reading the result page that comes back from eBay.
Please send me a log from this transaction that confirms that you bid for me on this item. Because if you successfully bid for me, then the problem is actually at eBay. But when I contact eBay I will need documentation in hand proving what I am stating.
