Bidslammer did not engage, Lost the bid

Bidslammer did not engage even though my bidslammer bid was much higher.
Lost bid.....
I have submitted a Bidslammer support ticket previously.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. Thank you for your question about this snipe. We checked the log to see what we encountered when we placed this snipe.

On your Completed tab, there is a log icon (that looks like a document page).) It shows that we executed the bid in about 1500 milliseconds (1.5 seconds), but eBay didn't return a message. Unfortunately, that's all the information that we have, as we can only report back what we receive from eBay.

You can check the logs for your other snipes to get an idea of the information that is generally returned.

I turned on verbose logging for your account so that if this happens again, we will have a lot of detail. Rest assured it's not a recurring thing and the service is functioning normally.
