Bids were not placed on 3 auctions

BidSlammer failed to place scheduled bids on 3 auctions: 376369510628; 376369395041 and 376369386589. All three auctions were scheduled well before 10 minutes before the auctions close. No errors are shown. The snipe log for each item says "Page Not Found".

Thank you for your question about this snipe. You didn't win because the seller blocked you. You can see the error in your Completed folder by hovering over the error icon. You can also click the log icon.

The exact error returned is: 'Unfortunately, this seller has decided that you are not permitted to bid on their listings. You may contact the seller via the "Ask Seller Questions" feature if you want additional details.'

I do not see an error icon, and I am using a tablet so I couldn’t hover over it if I did. The log icon on all of my completed auctions is a dead link.

The log link shows correctly now. The log link for 376369510628 is:

Based on the error, you will get the same error if you place a bid manually on that seller's listings.

Yes, I understand that the failure to place the bid wasn't BidSlammer's fault. And the log is working correctly now. I still don't see an error icon anywhere on the completed page, even when I check it with a PC.

Thank you. Technically, the bid was placed, which is how we received the error. But in regard to the error icon -- you are right -- I confirmed that the "hover" is intermittent. I'll make sure we address this in the next release.

Also, as a result of your inquiry, we will make another change. We plan to send email directly to the customer for some of these more important messages. So thank you for this report!
