Thank you for your question about the two snipes. We are transparent here. We just released a new major software rev, and there was a 15-minute window of snipes that were affected. Unfortunately, both of your snipes were in that window of time.
This isn't a common thing here. Given the bad timing of you just having paid, we refunded your payment and set you up for unlimited service for the rest of the year. Hopefully you will consider resubscribing after that.
