Hi! I've been a user for awhile on and off, both using free and paid options on your service. It's worked great for me in the past! Recently I started using bidslammer again and signed up for a subscription.
It doesn't appear that bidslammer is placing any bids on items I add to me queue. I've gone through your FAQ and checked the usual suspects... I've re-authorized the ebay account connection. It appears my bids are not going in for any auctions... not just missing a few here and there where my bid didn't meet the bid interval by a dollars or cents.
I'm hoping you could take a look at my logs and figure out if there's something wonky on the backend. I love your service and want to keep using it!

Thank you for your question about your snipes. Some of the sellers are blocking your bids due to the number of item strikes. I think the only remedy for this is time, i.e., to wait until those go off your record.

I’m a moron. I thought I ruled that out. I was wrong and it looks like I need to take this up with ebay.
