Thank you for your question about your last 2 bids. It appears that you need to refresh your authorization, as it is not valid for some reason. It may have expired. Just go to your BidSlammer 'Preferences' tab, and follow the link to refresh your authorization. You will be taken back to our site, where you can start adding snipes again.

Also, I have not been sent any emails with the ticket number.
Does the password for BidSlammer need to be the same as my password for eBay?

We just released a new software revision, so let's try it again. For some reason our system still thinks the authorization expired. Please run through the signup process again using the link on the home page.
