This is the 3rd time bidslammer site has been down in the last week. Yesterday I tried to use the service and it was not working and this morning it's not working. This is becoming very unreliable. I might switch. I hope you can improve the reliability. Below is my error message.

Does the page take a very long time to time out, or does it fail to load immediately?

It's working now.

Another problem, the blue update button does not work also. I click it and nothing. It use to show some indication that the price was updated and now it does not update the price adjustment. Maybe you can look into it. I tried 2 different browsers on a Mac.

We couldn't reproduce any of the connection issues you reported, they sound related to DNS (your internet provider's lookup tables). I agree that the spinning dials are annoying if they don't stop. We set them to stop right after the refresh is done.
