I missed two auctions as Bidslammer failed to submit my bids which are higher than the price at which the auctions ended. One auction still shows as Active even though the auction has already finished on eBay. There seems to be an error re the time when auctions end. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your question about this snipe. A software update changed the time zone on the system your bids were placed from. We quickly addressed it, but a few bids were placed before we could refresh the times.
I hope this explanation hasn't deterred your confidence as it was a human oversight, not a system failure or reliability issue on the systems part. Your future bids will not be affected.
