Your service tells me that I was outbid but the item sold for 13.5 GBP so I should have won it. As it is written on this page, we are supposed to enter the amount in the currency of the listing so I don't see the issue : https://bidslammer.com/help/foreign_currency
I am very disappointed to have lost the item and am not encouraged to use your service again and even less to order the premium pack.

It appears that you won the item. Is this correct? It appears that eBay reported the converted price to us in USD which is $17. We'll make sure to correct it so the base currency is displayed.
