Bidding Malfunction

Hi, I've been a happy BidSlammer member for years and always been very happy. Today, I lost an auction for a very strange reason. Your website says I won the auction, but over on eBay, my bid wasn't even ever placed at all so I naturally I lost the auction. What happened? I'm puzzled. Thank you for your help!
Best regards,

Hello Robert,

I investigated to see what we encountered when we placed your snipe.

First, rest assured you were not charged.

I did see on your Completed tab that we had 2 snipe times, so we know that the bids were placed successfully. When we receive the same result for all snipes, but the high bid does not win, there are about 25 situations it could be.

A full check list of issues is here: http://bidslammer.com/help/status_messages/

If it says Won but you did not win, that means there was an issue preventing us from detecting the correct win status. It could be your eBay password or some kind of seller block. We do our best to try to detect the win status, but sometimes we cannot.

The best thing to do is just to change your eBay password at the eBay site and then update it at our site. If you continue to have any issues after that, please let us know ASAP and we can investigate further.

Kind regards,

Thank you for your help. One additional question regarding importing my watch list. Your site says, "...ensure that your 'number of items per page' setting is at 200 listings per page. In other words, we will import whatever is on your first page of Watch Items. Once your number of items per page is set to 200, click the button below to import your "Watch List" directly from eBay."

As of 2014, there's no way to set '200 listings per page' the maximum setting is only 100 items per page. I've tried over and over to import my watch list in BidSlammer but no success and yes, my eBay password is set correctly. I changed it just to make sure.
Thank you for all of your help, huge fan of BidSlammer!
