I won a Google Thermostat all listed on BS as in the thermostat group. The other bids remained ACTIVE! Please fix or advise. This is the forst time I sued your program and have not had this problem on other sniping systems. Thanks

Thank you for your question about Bid Groups. The other bids remain active until eBay returns a win status on the other item. It does show as a win, although I'm not sure at what time that was updated.
