Good morning. I placed six snipes for yesterday, including this one and it seems like the bids were never placed. They show up blue in completed section, as opposed to green or red. Any idea what happened? I should have either won them all or at least driven the price up.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. Our ISP had a connectivity problem that affected the database. We thought we'd give their managed databases a try, but we're unhappy with the service and switching back to our old reliable setup. We regret any inconvenience this caused, but rest assured it won't happen again.
