I am not able to select a bid time of less than 10 seconds anymore. Did this change. The shorter options are still there but the system does not allow me to select them.

Thank you for your question about the lower lead times. It appears that your subscription expired last month. You paid for a one-month upgrade. You paid with a credit card; we do not automatically renew credit card subscriptions.
There are some other options. You can buy a longer-term subscription, or you can pay with PayPal (which will auto-renew).
