Thank you for your question about lead time. Lead time is a matter of strategy and each situation is different.
I would go 4 or 5 seconds. That is because you want your snipe to be FIRST in this case.
The reason is because the minimum bid increment for that price range is $25. So a tie situation is more likely than at lower prices ranges. If there is a tie, you will win. And 4-5 seconds is still close enough to the end time that no one will be able to react.
