please check my last bid....according to bid slammer mer, I won this acution. According to Ebay, I LOST....how does this happen?????

I am very disapointed to have been falsely been notified that I won this item and then through ebay, discover that I did not win. I would like a refund for the amount bid slammer charged mefor the false outcome.

my bid was 35.00 and the winning bidder also bid 35.00....ebay said I lost, bidslammer said I won.......both bidds were the same amount????
