Thank you for your question about this item. Your Completed tab has the error. It says that the seller does not ship to your location.
While the seller does have your country listed as a ship-to location, they also have a requirement set that the ship location must be the registered country of the bidder.
Unfortunately, there really isn't a way to know if this requirement is in place until actually placing a bid.
