Still receive error in screen shot ... as far as I can tell it never really goes through the process of generating a Bid Slammer password/account. Didn't see an eBay error ... just the error saying it can't log me into Bid Slammer ... most likely because it never ask me to generate a Bid Slammer password.

What happens when you use the sign up link above?

Ok, you're in now, and subscription enabled for 1 year. I really appreciate it. Now if you use the mail password utility, it will find you, and you can set a password.
We upgraded the database version and it was pickier about insetting new records. :)

Attempted to use the 'Recover or Change Password' utility. Provided my email address ([edited] https://paste.pics/d1eb907aece1c31294b6939ed14a008f ) and even thought the utility indicated that it sent me an email ... after repeated attempts nothing has appeared my inbox.

Ok, that's good news. For this latest thing, I have to go to our email SMTP service and see if the email is being rejected. If you see any of my test emails please delete them. I will write soon.

Indeed, we locked down security on outgoing emails and there were some errors in the log. Enjoy!

Little brother (61mga) here ... we have been trying to get a Bid Slammer account in place for Big Brother (od-gr82) ... system seems reluctant to open a new ticket so I will add to this one ... (61mga) unable to add a new snipe (just get a spinning circle)

Big Brother (od-gr82) still gets an error when he tries to log in.

The password reset is definitely working. I sent another reset email to the hotmail address. Also the signup link should set the cookie temporarily.
If this doesn't work, please let me know the steps you tried and the result or exact error.

od-gr82 - After Password Reset. Correct password - returns HTTP ERROR 500. Incorrect password - returns 'Error in login Sorry, we could not verify your information. Please try again.'
61mga - Correct password successfully logs in.

Are you trying to use special characters in the password? That's the only thing I can think of. Perhaps try a simple password, just to see if it works--- and you can change it again later.
If this doesn't work, I'll just have to reset it manually. Let me know please.

Wow, that bug must have been there for like 20 years and no one ever reported it. It's also odd that I personally use that character all the time in my passwords, but never thought to test it.
