I put a bid slam of £41 to be put on in the last 10 seconds it did not work and the item went for 32.00 I am very upset about this not working!!

Thank you for your question about this item. You did not add this snipe until 47 seconds before it closed. As per our terms, you must wait at least 2 minutes before closing time to add the snipe. Our system is supposed to catch those, but we think Daylight Savings affected it.
