I have two snipes that say "Bid Placed OK", placed before the end time and for amounts higher than the winning bid (by more than the necessary bidding increment), yet I am not the winning bidder.

Can you please tell me why this has happened and refund my 2.00 snipe bucks? I would also like some additional snipe bucks to compensate me for the two lost auctions that I should have won. I really wanted them, hence using Bidslammer, and I was let down. It may take me ages now to find similar items again.

Hello David,

We did place the snipes, I do see bid placement times recorded on your Completed Snipes tab. I looked in our logs to see what we encountered when we placed your snipe, and saw that eBay returned a 'captcha' login prompt, which means the login information was not correct.

The solution is to update your correct eBay credentials on the BidSlammer Preferences page:

https://bidslammer.com/user/prefs/

I updated the status of the auctions. We will certainly refund the snipes for you, as I have just done.
