For my latest snipe, the home page tells me my bid was okay in green but on ebay I didn't actually win the auction. I'm confused.

I investigated to see what we encountered when we placed your snipes. On your Completed Snipes tab, we reported bid placement times, which means we placed the bids successfully. But as for the reason why you did not win, the software made a "best guess".

The problem appears to be that we do not have the correct login credentials for you, as the login attempt failed.
