Bid slammer shows a bid was made. My max was $330. The item was sold to someone else for $300. Please explain this and refund the $3 charge. Thank you, Alan

We credited you. Please check you "Completed Snipes" tab as we recently started listing snipe placement times on that page. If you see times listed, this means we did place snipes okay.

If we get the same result for all snipes then we attempt to determine the reason; about 99.9% of the time, the issue is something on this list below:
