My last 3 snipe attempts have not been executed. I loaded 3 different snipes and no bids were placed on any of these 3 items. help would be appreciated. i refreshed my authorization after 2 unsuccessful attempts and then had another failed attempt

Thank you for your question about your bid. We investigated what we encountered when we placed your snipe. More than one snipe was placed from different systems and each gave the same result.
Please go to My eBay and perform the phone verification step. eBay is increasing security steps for third-party offers, and that includes sniping unfortunately. This error isn't programmed into our software yet, which is why it didn't catch it. There are over 50 situations we have to check for, but new ones popup regularly.
