While your site says I won the auction, no bid was entered by you on my behalf. I had a 911 max bid and the item sold to someone else for $850. This is very disheartening and want to make sure the site is working so I don't lose out on other bids. What can you do as restitution?

Thank you for your question about an auction you did not win, even though your bid was the highest. We investigated to see what we encountered when we placed the snipe for you. We submitted the bid multiple times and received the same response for each one.
Did you have change your password at eBay in between snipes?

Nope. Same password.

We did place multiple bids and eBay returned a win status. We would not have received a status if we didn't bid. The bid placement times are shown on your "Completed" tab. Unfortunately, there is no other explanation available.
