I placed a bid for the above item via Bidslammer, the max amount was $31.99 and I had a 10 second threshold for submitting the bid. I did not win the auction the reason given is the following:
Your snipe could not be placed because your maximum bid was below the current minimum bid.
The winning auction amount was $9.99, so if my bid was submitted, I would have won the auction, but instead I was outbid because Bidslammer didn't do what it is suppose to do?
Please explain.
