I've set my bid increment to 3s but the default setting isn't changing?

Thank you for your question about the lead time. I think you are asking about lead time (not bid increment).
Are you trying to set it on the dashboard? This is set through Preferences.
Let me know how you are trying to set the lead time and I can help you troubleshoot.

Hmm. I just checked, and it is definitely set to 3 in your Preferences, and in the database. And on your dashboard it defaults to 3.
Perhaps you can try logging out, then log in again? Let me know please.

Also, would you mind trying another browser?
It still looks ok on this end when I log in as the account of your post.

To better understand the issue, could you describe exactly what happens when you try to set your lead time? For example:
1. Are you receiving an error message? If so, what does it say?
2. Are the changes you make not saving, or are they saving but not showing on the dashboard?
3. Does the issue persist after clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page?
