Hello, I bought 5 credits today to try out using bid groups. Unfortunately it looks like it caused me to miss out on a win as it thought there was a win in the group when there was not. Can you please help me understand what happened?
Items by auction close time:
Item #1: 334630722762 - Snipe: $510, winning bid $595. Status: Didn't win, bid too low. OK.
Item #2: 255835068429 - Snipe: $510, winning bid $520. Status - "Win In Group" - and no bid / error shown. But there's no win yet. PROBLEM: Why does it think there was a win?
Item #3: 266000857247 - Snipe $610. Winning bid *in BidSlammer $550*, but on Ebay itself is $600. Status - "Win in Group" - no bid / error shown. So I would have won this, but it quit bidding.
- Why did items #2 and #3 not bid due to "Win in Group"?
- Why is the winning price on 266000857247 wrong on the Completed site and doesn't match Ebay?
Also, is there a limit of 3 open bids in a group? I tried to add more but it seemed to silently fail. Thank you, I am hoping your service can work for me.
