I am having continuing difficulties with the bid slammer process: I placed a high bid on an item last evening and was clearly the high bidder, as shown by the BidSlammer, yet, for whatever reason, the item was sold to another. Will you please review my account help me understand why there is a long line of failures in the bidding process. If this cannot be accomplished, please refund my account balance. Thank you.
